THE ROLE:- The successful solicitor will be capable of managing a varied caseload of property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, leasehold matters and development projects
- The role requires a skilled solicitor to handle tenant issues, property finance matters and commercial licenses.
THE CANDIDATE:- Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years or more PQE
- Demonstrable commercial acumen is particularly favoured
- This role is particularly well suited to candidates with excellent communication skills and high levels of client care
- Solicitors with their own client base are of a particular interest to the team, with the opportunity for a clear path to partnership level in the longer term.
