Corporate Solicitor (Education), 2-4 Years PQE, Cheltenham, £68,000+ (DOE) – This forward thinking and leading law firm is keen to continue its ongoing successes firmwide through the appointment of an Corporate Solicitor to their Cheltenham office. JOB REF: 7762

• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with between 2-4 Years’ PQE with previous exposure to working within the education sector and/or charity law.
• You will be responsible for varied caseload to include sales, acquisitions, charitable mergers and collaborations of independent schools and other associated corporate matters.
• You must be able to work with minimal of supervision and be an idea’s person who is keen to contribute new ideas and ways of working into the firm.
• You will have exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment.
