JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
EXPERIENCE: 3 years+
LOCATION: Tyne & Wear
SALARY: c£28,000-£55,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
You will be managing a diverse caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, shared ownership transactions, and transfers of equity. Applicants with experience managing a caseload of approximately 25 new files per month will be at an advantage.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are invited from qualified solicitors, licensed conveyancers, and legal executives with 3+ years' experience in a similar role. The successful solicitor will benefit from being supported by an assistant, team secretary and the residential team.
