JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE: 0-3+
LOCATION: Tyne & Wear
SALARY: £30,000-£40,000
THE ROLE:
The appointed Solicitor will be responsible for managing Residential Conveyancing matters within a fast-paced department. You will offer expert advice, assistance, and representation to clients, ensuring the highest standards of client care are consistently upheld. You will work closely with the property team, participating in regular supervision meetings, and take responsibility for managing more complex cases within the team.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applicants should have between 0-3 years' PQE and a solid understanding of Residential Conveyancing. Strong client management skills are essential, and a personable, approachable demeanour would be highly advantageous
