CORPORATE SOLICITOR, 2-6 YEARS’ PQE, BERKSHIRE, £COMPETITIVE, JOB REF: 215297718

This corporate team is enjoying continued growth, and is looking for a Solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE to join its established team.

You will be responsible for your own caseload and will have the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers on more complex matters to ensure continued learning and development.

As part of a large Business Team, incorporating corporate, commercial and employment, you will work collaboratively with these team members and across the wider firm. You will work on a broad range of matters including public and private acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts, investment and fundraising, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings and corporate governance.
