PERSONAL INJURY LAWYER, 12+ MONTHS, MANCHESTER, TO C£55,000 (DOE) – Expanding, market leading law firm is seeking experienced litigators into its specialist departments. JOB REF 7600
• Personal Injury Lawyers with a minimum of 12 months PQE handling litigated PI claims are required to join a Top 100 Law firm.
• You will be managing your own caseload of employers’, occupiers' and public liability matters on behalf of claimants.
• It is essential that you have a proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload, with a focus on advancing cases to and through litigation to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
• Must have experience of the portal and knowledge of the civil procedure rules.
