This role involves working with clients on a variety of cases, including divorce, financial settlements, children’s matters, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a broad caseload in family law, including but not limited to divorce, finance, and child matters.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
- Prepare and review key legal documents to ensure client cases are handled efficiently.
- Collaborate with professionals to secure the best outcomes for clients and their families.
Ideal Candidate:- Must have experience in family law.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Able to handle cases independently while providing compassionate and effective service.
- Membership of the Law Society's Children Panel (preferred but not required, depending on the role).
