THE ROLE:
Do you want to make the right career move? If that is the case our client requires a passionate Corporate Solicitor to join their close-knit team of experts. Our client is sourcing a candidate who is confident in all areas of Corporate Law and able to perform tasks independently. Ideally, the successful candidate will be competent in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and private equity. However, this list is not exclusive and displaying depth of knowledge will be very advantageous for those candidates that choose to apply.
