THE ROLE:
Are you an experienced Commercial Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career with a leading regional law firm? A well-established, dynamic law firm in Cambridge, renowned for providing high-quality legal across the East of England. Due to continued growth and demand, the firm are looking for a talented and driven Commercial Solicitor to join their expanding team. Working closely with some of the most knowledgeable and well thought of lawyers within the commercial sector, you will be advising clients on a broad range of commercial matters including contracts, intellectual property, commercial agreements, IT related and other general commercial matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Suitable Commercial Solicitors will have at leas 5 years PQE in dealing with their own caseload of matters. Working on a diverse caseload of commercial matters, the successful Commercial Solicitor will have proven technical expertise and possess the ability to support the wider commercial team through business development initiatives as well managing and developing client relationships. You will have excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a detailed – oriented approach.
