Planning Solicitor, 4+ years PQE, Bristol, National Law Firm, £70,000 - £90,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Planning Solicitor to join a leading team in Bristol. JOB REF: 7311.

• Applications are sought from Planning Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE in contentious and non-contentious planning law, gained ideally across a range of public and private sector clients.
• You will be motivated to excel within a top tier planning team, providing focused, clear and commercial solutions across an exciting and varied caseload.
• The role requires high level provision of strategic planning advice, knowledge of mixed-use schemes and an understanding of the NPPF.
• You will gain exposure to a wide and varied client base, including social housing bodies, banks and retail and leisure operators.
• You will be motivated to strengthen and develop new client relationships and take an active role in promoting the firm’s reputation both in and out of work.
