Planning Solicitor

PLANNING SOLICITOR, 2+ YEARS PQE, LIVERPOOL, TO C£70,000 (DOE) - Top 100 Law firm offering a great work life balance, a wide and varied caseload and the opportunity to work with a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF:7175

• You will join a national planning team and work closely with colleagues on a range of planning transactions
• Conducting legal research and providing relevant advice to clients
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry trends
• You will have at least 2 years' PQE with a focus on planning law, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You will have the ability to work well under pressure and take a proactive and solution-oriented approach to your work.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
