COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 5-7 YEARS’ PQE, LONDON, £HIGHLY COMPETITIVE - This central London law firm is looking for a lawyer to join their busy property team, confident and proactive in their approach to risk management and business development. JOB REF: 6389.

• The role will involve a focus on a wide range of commercial property matters, you will use excellent technical knowledge to support and work directly with one of their Partners to provide top quality service to clients.
• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
• It is essential that you are confident acting for borrowers in refinancing, granting, and acquiring leases for Landlords and Tenants, acting for lenders, and have experience of bridging work.
• They are a well-regarded firm that offers a variety of legal services to their commercial and private clients.
