•The appointed Legal Professional will process incoming and outgoing payments, which includes managing client funds, disbursements, and expenses. As well as maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and ensure accounts are reconciled regularly.

•Your responsibilities will include overseeing petty cash management, conducting bank reconciliations, and managing billing processes, which involves preparing invoices and statements.

•Our client requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with solicitors, clients, and third-party providers on financial matters.

•The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months’ experience working in an accounts department.
