THE ROLE:
This role will include management of own varied caseload consisting of general residential conveyancing matters such as sales and purchase, re-mortgage, right to buy and lease extensions among others. The suitable candidate will be able to take these matters from initial inception through to completion with minimal supervision.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of post-qualified experience with all aspects of general residential conveyancing matters, with the ability to manage own caseload effectively. The candidate will be expected to generate a fee income according to agreed targets and will be experienced in delivering high quality client services. The ideal candidate will be able to work full-time on-site.
