JOB TITLE:        Clinical Negligence Solicitor
EXPERIENCE:    2 – 3 years’ PQE
LOCATION:        Lancashire/ Hybrid
SALARY:            £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

OVERVIEW:
•You will oversee a caseload involving Clinical Negligence cases, encompassing medical, dental, and clinical injuries.
•Conduct thorough investigations into potential cases, gathering evidence and expert opinions.
•Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
•Liaise with medical professionals, experts, and witnesses to build compelling cases.
•The appointed solicitor will have 2 – 3 years’ PQE with a strong foundation in medical negligence.
•Experience in dealing with complex and high value Industrial Disease, fast track/multi-track litigated cases and/or clinical negligence.
