JOB TITLE:        Housing Disrepair Lawyer – Fee Earner
EXPERIENCE:    3 years’ experience
LOCATION:       Lancashire
SALARY:           up to c£42,000 DOE

•The appointed Lawyer will be responsible for managing a caseload of housing disrepair files, encompassing both litigated and non-litigated cases.

•You will engage in negotiations with landlords, housing associations, and their legal representatives to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.

•Applications are open to Legal Professionals with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role with knowledge in housing law and a proven track record of dealing with disrepair cases.

•The successful Legal Professional will demonstrate excellent understanding of local authority landlord issues and an understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and case law.
