THE ROLE:
This excellent law firm is seeking an experienced Lawyer to join their private wealth department. You will be working on a broad spectrum of matters with an international focus – advising UK and international ultra-high net worth families with matters relating to preparation of wills, succession, estate, tax planning, and mental capacity challenges.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have previous experience of at least 3 – 6 years’ PQE, be STEP qualified, and be confident in overseeing a heavy, but interesting caseload with minimal supervision. You must have extensive knowledge or UK taxation in relation to trusts and estates, as well as a working knowledge of taxation for non-domicile and non-resident individuals. It is essential that you possess strong networking and communication skills and be comfortable instructing and collaborating with key advisors and foreign lawyers on client matters.
