  • Contributing to the professional development of team members through mentoring and PDRs
You will work across a full range of mechanical systems, including HVAC (including clean/dry rooms), heating, cooling, steam, compressed air, BMS, hot and cold water, and foul drainage.

About You
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Engineer (CEng – CIBSE or IMechE) with:

What’s on Offer
  • £65,000 – £80,000 salary, plus benefits
  • Hybrid working (typically three days in the office, two from home, with flexibility considered)
  • Opportunity to lead projects within a growing London team with clear succession plans for senior roles
  • Exposure to high-profile projects including a large-scale data centre overseas and a £100 million commercial project in England
  • Supportive, collaborative culture with access to professional development and mentoring programs
  • Chance to work closely with a highly experienced director who drives business development and team growth
