Customer Support Officer
£15.59 per hour | 37 hours per week | Contract until 30th September 2026
Location:  Aberystwyth – Hybrid (in the office twice a month)

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected public sector organisation for a Customer Support Officer based in Aberystwyth. This hybrid role requires attendance in the office twice a month, offering an excellent balance between office and home working.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer support via telephone and email
  • Handle a wide range of general enquiries
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Record accurate information on a bespoke internal system
  • Monitor and track the order and dispatch of goods
  • Complete various administrative tasks in line with internal procedures
About You
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Proven administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident use of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Clear and confident communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage workload effectively
