Customer Service Agent – Fully Remote Location: Remote (UK‑based only)
Pay Rate: £13.37 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week
Shift Pattern: 9am–6pm, 5‑day rota including weekends
Contract: Immediate start - ends 31st March 2026
About the Role We’re recruiting Customer Service Agents to support one of the UK’s leading online car marketplace companies. You’ll be helping existing customers through email and web chat as they complete the sale of their vehicle, providing clear, friendly and professional support throughout their journey.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Responding to customer enquiries via email and web chat
- Supporting customers through the process of selling their vehicle
- Providing clear, accurate information in a friendly and efficient manner
- Ensuring a positive customer experience at every step
What We’re Looking For:- Strong customer service experience (phone, email, web chat, contact centre etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
- Immediately available to start
- UK‑based with a suitable remote working setup
- No planned holidays or commitments that require time off before 31st March 2026
