Job Description
Location: Swansea - Hybrid
Hours: Monday-Friday, 37 per week
Contract Type: Temporary until 31st March 2026
Salary: £15.04 per hour
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to support the delivery of high-quality laboratory services. You’ll work closely with technical teams to manage business-critical documentation, develop standard operating procedures, and maintain effective records systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and documentation of Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and guidance materials.
- Maintain filing structures and records management systems for sensitive lab documentation.
- Provide general admin support to analytical service teams, including meeting coordination and procurement.
- Assist with cost centre admin and ordering supplies (e.g. PPE).
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with internal policies.
- Strong admin experience, ideally in a customer-facing or technical environment.
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office), with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and professional approach.
