Cardiff (hybrid) | £15.04 per hour | 37 hours/week | Until 31st March 2026
Join our public sector client as a Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor and become a key part of their Contact Centre team. You’ll deliver high-quality support across phone, email, and social media, ensuring every customer receives a professional and positive experience.
What you’ll do:
- Handle a wide range of enquiries and transactions
- Deliver excellent service across multiple channels
- Support continuous improvement in customer service
What you’ll need:
- Fluent Welsh speaker with strong communication skills
- Experience in a customer-facing, multi-channel environment
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft applications
