Administrator
Location: Reading
We are looking for an Administrator to join our large Reading-based recruitment office.
This is a full time position, working
Monday-Friday with flexible hours in between 8am-5.30pm. We are
100% office based. This is a temporary assignment to assist with a high volume of recruitment based administrative tasks.
The role and responsibilities:- As an Administrator you will assist various teams with answering calls and managing incoming candidate applications.
- You will make sure candidates applications are reviewed and processed, forwarded to the relevant business area.
- You will use our online portal systems to keep a track of important data.
- You will work closely alongside other parts of the business to ensure pre-employment checks are being carried out efficiently and all information is being collected in a timely manner
What we need from you:- Attention to detail is key with this role.
- Good written and spoken communication skills necessary - you will need to liaise with other parts of the business regularly.
- Self motivated and confident.
