Fully Remote Position
Salary: £23,000 base + uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to ensure their appliances are fully protected.
- Upsell additional protection products tailored to customer needs.
- Build strong relationships and gain a clear understanding of customer requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting the ideal protection package.
- Achieve personal sales targets by consistently closing high numbers of sales daily.
- Preferably 12 months of phone sales experience, though candidates with call centre or retail sales backgrounds are welcome.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
