A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist. The role of Employee Relations Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for ER case management for a specific part of the business. Working with Line Managers and HR colleagues supporting on a number of ER processes including disciplinary, grievance, performance improvement etc. Working with both employee and employer to resolve issues to ensure situations are resolved fairly.
Duties and responsibilities: - Work with the ER Manager, provide advice and support to line manager, employees and HR on a range of issues including performance management, conduct issues, grievances, sickness absence, flexible working requests and workplace
- Ensure that ER investigations are conducted thoroughly and
- Liaise and coach line managers on performance
- Support the wider team on wider ER
- Provide documentation and follow
Required Skills and Experience: - Ideally CIPD and degree level qualified or equivalent
- Good written and verbal skills
- Strong understanding of employment law
- Strong consultancy and problem-solving
