What You’ll Be Doing:

• Driving sales through outbound calls to new and existing customers
• Building long-term relationships that secure repeat business
• Spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across the product range
• Managing your pipeline and turning enquiries into confirmed hires
• Keeping customer and sales data accurate in CRM systems
• Hitting (and exceeding!) your targets and KPIs
• Delivering product knowledge and expert advice with confidence

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven telesales or sales experience (plant/tool hire or construction equipment preferred)
• A confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
• Someone who loves the buzz of outbound sales and closing deals
• Customer-focused, solution-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven role
• IT savvy – experience with CRM systems is a bonus
