Job Description
Due to the continued growth of our Public sector contracts, we are looking to recruit a self-motivated and driven Recruitment Administrator to join our dedicated recruitment team. The role will be to support the team with resourcing candidates for their vacancies and dealing with new workers compliance.
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours, Office hours
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £26,000pa
Contract type: Permanent
What does the job entail?
- Onboarding of successful candidates and supporting them through the full recruitment process
- Ensuring candidate compliance to Home Office and contractual requirements
- Software updates ensuring a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Sifting CV's and screening suitable candidates
- Administration tasks to support the wider team
- Ensuring candidate compliance checks are dealt with accordingly
- Organising, scheduling and sending interview invites
- Navigating and uploading documents onto our in-house applicant tracking system
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Posting adverts
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
- Experience of general administration
- The ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Own transport due to the location of the site
