Partnerships and Schemes Manager

Partnerships and Schemes Manager required by a leading local authority based in West London.

This is a full time, permanent role - salary circa £62k per annum plus excellent benefits – hybrid working with great flexibility – based in West London.

The post holder will lead on the management and implementation of complex assets and growth projects; ensuring the highest standards of design, innovation, sustainability and commercial objectives are achieved and risks appropriately managed. The post holder will take development opportunities from the identification and inception stage, through appraisal and design development, to planning and transition to pre-construction and delivery.

You will also lead on strengthening partnerships with  key developers and Registered Providers in the area, as well are forge and maintain lasting relationships with regional and central government bodies, leveraging available resources to successfully deliver on the council’s strategic objectives.

In addition to this you will take the lead in identifying and developing programme of specialist housing delivery options for supported housing cohorts, thereby ensuring the council builds capacity and resilience for changing needs in the borough.

The Partnerships and Schemes Manager will play a key role in every aspect of complex area-based regeneration, investment and placemaking programmes and projects including procurement and management of specialist consultants’ teams, financial management, monitoring and evaluation, report writing and servicing of strategic governance boards.
