Rate: £20 per hour PAYE (circa £25 per hour Umbrella)
Location: On-site 3 days per week

Business Support Officer for their
Community Response Team within
Adult Services. This is a
permanent role offering a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic team dedicated to improving the lives of residents.
About the Role
You will play a vital role in enabling the smooth operation of the team by providing essential administrative and financial support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate and timely administrative support, including processing referrals, preparing care folders, and archiving.
- Delivering practical IT-based support for the service.
- Acting as a key contact for the team, resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate officer.
- Supporting the preparation of meetings and events, including room bookings and catering arrangements.
- Handling telephone enquiries, photocopying, and other administrative tasks as required.
You’ll need to be a
flexible team player with a
solution-focused attitude, ready to occasionally work across the service when needed.
About You
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven administrative, organisational, and IT skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise, and work on your own initiative.
- Discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Desirable: Experience in an administrative role within Adult Social Care.
