Security Officer

Security Officers x2 – West London
Urgent start: 15th April 2026

We are seeking 2 Security Officers for an urgent assignment in West London. This role requires full commitment from 15th April 2026, with the first day including a site walk, briefing, and induction.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:15pm
Weekend work: Occasional ad-hoc cover may be required
Pay rate: £19.98 per hour

This is a customer-focused, front-facing security role within a civic environment. You will provide a professional presence on site, support access control, carry out patrols, respond to incidents, and maintain a high standard of service at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet visitors in a polite and professional manner.
• Manage access control to the site.
• Carry out internal and external patrols.
• Operate CCTV and access control systems.
• Produce accurate incident reports.
• Maintain the site log book.
• Support Health & Safety compliance.
• Respond to emergency situations and alarm activations.
• Manage keys and check contractor access permissions.
• Assist with fire alarm tests and fire drills.

Requirements:

• SIA Licence (Manned Guarding) essential.
• SIA CCTV Licence advantageous.
• Security industry experience, including incident control.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional attitude and full commitment to the assignment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good computer literacy.
