Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and organised Temporary Administrator to join our client’s busy office in the ST1 area of Stoke-on-Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is available to start work straight away.
Main responsibilities for this Administrator role:
- Providing general administrative support to the office team
- Answering telephone calls and handling email correspondence
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Supporting colleagues with ad-hoc office tasks as required
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Location: ST1, Stoke-on-Trent
- Hourly rate: £12.56ph
- Duration: 5-6 weeks
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
