Electrical ManagerPertemps Stoke are currently looking for an Electrical Manager to oversee and manage the electrical operations within their client’s our busy manufacturing and field service teams. This is an exciting opportunity to lead day-to-day electrical management and supervision in the field of Thermal Processing Equipment for capital plant systems.
Key Responsibilities of this Electrical Manager role:- Manage and supervise electrical personnel across manufacturing and field service teams.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of electrical processes related to thermal processing systems.
- Provide leadership and technical support to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and performance.
- Coordinate electrical activities with other departments to ensure project deadlines and specifications are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise during manufacturing or installation.
- Maintain and improve the efficiency of electrical processes and equipment.
Requirements for this Electrical Manager role:- Proven experience in electrical management, ideally within the thermal processing or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage both in-house and field-based teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience working with capital plant systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
