Administrator – Part Time
Pertemps Stoke are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join our client’s team. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative experience to support day-to-day tasks in a busy office environment. The role offers flexibility in hours and has the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities of this Administrator role:- Filing and organising documents
- Completing paperwork and updating in-house systems
- Managing weekly material requisitions for Warehouse and Transport Consumables
- Maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Skills and Experience Required for this Administrator role:- Previous admin experience (essential)
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Confident in using Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Reliable and able to work independently
Details of this Administrator role:- Weekly pay
- Free on-site parking
- Temp to perm role
- Monday to Friday 9:30-14:30 (Can be flexible)
- Hourly rate £12.11ph
