Warehouse Operative

I am seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join my client’s team at their Rocester facility.
You must be able to commute without relying on public transport due to the location of the company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of this Warehouse Operative role:

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.
• Conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate records.
• Using warehouse equipment
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Skills and Experience Required for this Warehouse Operative role:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physically fit to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mindset.
• Basic computer literacy is an advantage for stock management systems.

Details of this Warehouse Operative role:

• Location: Rocester, ST14
• Hours: Monday to Thursday 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Friday 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Rate: £14.55 per hour
• Duration: Temporary Position
• Benefits: Free on-site car parking
