Job Description
Main responsibilities of this Sales Coordinator role:
- Assist customers via the phone, email or face to face to maximise sales
- Progress and chase up quotations
- Prepare quotes accurately and in a timely manner
- Updating schedules
- Completing stylist and fitter packs to include job sheets
- Be a point of contact for Sub contractors
- Liaise with the warehouse regarding deliveries
- Organise collections and deliveries of materials
- Be an internal contact for departments such as, planning, purchasing and finance
- Be the point of contact for customer both pre and post delivery of materials
Skills required for this Sales Coordinator role:
- Must have experience within a similar role
- Problem solving abilities
- High level of accuracy in work and ability to spot errors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanour
- Full UK driving license
Details of this Sales Coordinator role:
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- Location: Stoke-on-Trent
- Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
