Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to join our well established client in the Stoke-on-Trent area.
Main responsibilities of the Administrator role:- Order samples and chasing progress
- Updating schedules
- Completing stylist and fitter packs to include job sheets
- Ordering of stationary
- Be a point of contact for Sub contractors
- Liaise with the warehouse regarding deliveries
- General administration duties
- Answering the phone and emails
- Organise collections and deliveries of materials
Skills required for this Administrator role:- Must have experience within a similar role
- Problem solving abilities
- High level of accuracy in work and ability to spot errors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanour
- Full UK driving license
Details of this Administrator role:
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- Location: Stoke-on-Trent
- Hourly rate £11.44 + (Dependent on experience)
