Revit/CAD Technician

This leading Fire & Security systems installer based in London is seeking a Revit / CAD Technician to join their expanding team. Reporting to the CAD Manager, the successful applicant will play a key role in the design of primarily for fire alarm systems, as well as security systems projects. You'll collaborate with Directors, Project Managers, and Designers to deliver accurate 3D models, schematics, and technical documentation using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and associated tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and manage Revit models and libraries for Fire and Security systems
• Produce 2D/3D drawings, layouts, schematics, and COBIE data
• Coordinate with teams to ensure clash-free, integrated designs
• Support BIM processes, standards, and documentation
• Work across multiple projects, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
• Requirements
• 2+ years’ Revit experience in Fire/Security or MEP services
• Proficient in Autodesk AEC, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revizto
• Knowledge of BIM standards, MEP systems, and model interpretation
• Familiar with file transfer platforms (e.g. ACC, Aconex, Asite, Procore)
• Confident presenting Revit processes internally
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

This exciting opportunity comes with a basic salary to £45,000 depending on skill set and industry experience, travel on public transport paid for and benefits package.
