£20 to £23 per hour (dependent on experience) Full-Time | Based in Abingdon
We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join a dynamic and growing team in a creative fabrication environment. If you have a passion for working with your hands and turning design concepts into high-quality, bespoke pieces, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Crafting custom cabinetry and joinery to specification
- Reading technical drawings and interpreting briefs
- Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools with precision
- Finishing, fitting, and assembling products to a high standard
- Collaborating with designers, fabricators, and project managers
- Proven experience in cabinet making or high-end carpentry
- Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Confidence using a range of woodworking tools and machinery
- Ability to manage time and workloads effectively
- A positive attitude and pride in craftsmanship
- Competitive hourly rate (£20–£23, based on experience)
