About this Receptionist / Front of House roleThis is a role supporting the centre manager as front of house, in the day to day running of an established business centre based in Oxford. Alongside delivering excellent customer service to centre users both front of house, on the telephone and via digital communications.
Key duties- General reception duties including administration and business support tasks, including capture of billings and invoicing
- Conducting viewings to potential clients of the centre's facilities, ensuring correct questioning is used to help sales team with next steps
- Ensuring the site is kept safe and compliant in line with policies and procedures, identifying issues and risks to the general manager
- Delivering a high level of customer service to existing users, for example; answering queries
- Managing centre standards to the highest level
- Conduct pre-event inspections of meeting rooms and show offices
- Oversee new customer move ins to ensure they run smoothly within customer expectations
- Overseeing the resolution of maintenance issues and ensuring the centre's standards are maintained
- Managing accident book and reporting of all incidents in line with legislation
- Coordination of contractors when on site carrying out maintenance
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of GDPR and ensure the business follows mandatory legislative requirements
The qualities required for this Receptionist / Front of House role- Excellent customer service skills & experience
- Great organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- A confident , professional and friendly telephone manner
- A natural problem solver
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Qualifications- Have a minimum of grade 'C' GCSE in English and Maths or relevant experience in similar role
