Our Didcot branch is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Team. Experience within the Industrial sector would be ideal however, all other Blue-Collar sectors would also be advantageous.
We are looking for a well-organised, passionate and enthusiastic individual that enjoys building client relationships that are mutually beneficial, someone who understands the importance of giving a first-class service and appreciates the value of matching the right candidates to the right clients.

Your role:

• Specialising in recruitment for Industrial positions in the local area
• Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, delivering top-notch service to clients and candidates
• Proactively carry out daily sales activity as part of the branch growth strategy
• Forge solid relationships with clients, tailoring staffing solutions to their needs
• Thrive in the dynamic world of temporary recruitment, with quick placements and rapid responses
• Play a key role in our strategic growth, positioning Pertemps Didcot as a top player in the industrial recruitment sector

Skills & Experience requirements:

• Prior experience in a sales-based role, ideally in recruitment
• Be well-organised with good computer literacy
• Have an excellent telephone manner
• Be confident in meeting new clients with the ability to sell both on the phone and in-person
• You will be required to hold a UK driving licence
