Job Description

Transport Administrator required for ongoing part time work based in Avonmouth, BS11

£12.50 per hour
20 – 30 hours per week
Working hours will be Monday to Thursday between 0830 – 1700, Fridays 0830 – 1630

Overtime at time and one third for hours worked above basic hours Monday – Friday
Overtime at time and a half on Saturday and double time for Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Less than 5 minutes’ walk from Portbury park-and-ride or free parking on site

About the role

Supporting the transport team with general administration duties
Speaking to drivers
Booking vehicle MOTs

The right candidate

Excellent communication skills – written and spoken
Confident using a computer and digital systems, particularly Excel
Prior experience in a similar role – admin, logistics admin, transport planner etc
