Job Description
- £12.52 per hour PAYE
- 07:00-15:00, Monday-Friday
- Start ASAP, ongoing until 28th February 2025
- Located in central Bristol – BS1
- Assist with general building tasks such as demolition, excavation, and site preparation.
- Perform general maintenance to both building and grounds, including cleaning, waste management, and winter gritting.
- Support skilled tradespeople with their duties.
- Provide porterage and logistical support services.
- Communicate with suppliers via email and telephone, using Microsoft Office tools.
- Prepare and process site paperwork for attending engineers/operatives
- Ensure the worksite is clean and safe.
- Control site security and visitor/contractor access.
- Conduct daily site checks and log/action findings.
- Comfortable undertaking Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks (paid for by Pertemps)
- Ability to undertake basic building maintenance, handy person, security, or janitorial duties.
- IT literate and confident using Microsoft Office
- Good communication and written skills.
