Job Description
Location: BS35, Bristol
Salary: £45,118 per annum
Start Date: Immediate
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 Driver to join a well-established food distribution business based in BS35, Bristol. This is a full-time role with a 4 out of 7, offering excellent earning potential and job stability.
Role Details:
- Start Times: Between 04:00 – 07:00 or 17:00 - 21:00
- Shift Length: 12-hour guaranteed shifts
- Pattern: 4 shifts out of 7 (weekend availability may be required)
- Overtime: Paid at £27.09 on the fifth shift worked in a week
- Salary: £45,118 per year
- Driving Class 1 (C+E) vehicles on night shifts
- Delivering caged food ingredients
- Handball involved – moving roll cages on and off the vehicle
- Ensuring all deliveries are made safely and on time
- Minimum 6 months' Class 1 (C+E) driving experience
- Valid CPC and Tachograph Card
- Maximum 6 points on your licence (no DR, DD, or IN codes)
- Comfortable with manual handling and night work
- Full-time, ongoing work with potential for permanent employment
- Consistent shift patterns and guaranteed hours
