Warehouse Operative
Location: Washington (NE38 8QH)
Pay: £12.71 – £14.32 per hour (Shift dependent)

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy clothing distribution centre. Whether you are looking for full-time hours or a weekend-only position to fit around your lifestyle, we have a shift pattern for you.

This is a fast-paced environment perfect for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Available Shift Patterns

1. Day Shift

Hours: 06:00 – 14:00

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week over a 7-day rota (includes weekends)

2. Back Shift

Hours: 14:00 – 22:00

Pay: £14.32 per hour

Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week over a 7-day rota (includes weekends)

3. Weekend Only

Hours: 06:00 – 14:00 OR 14:00 – 22:00

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday only (2x 8-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing clothing items accurately and efficiently.

Using handheld scanners or voice headset systems to process orders.

Ensuring all items are handled with care and packaged correctly.

Assisting with stock replenishment and general warehouse duties.

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Always adhering to all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential as training is provided.

Comfortable using scanning equipment or willing to be trained.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
