Job Description
Location: West Wight
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary – Ongoing (with potential to become permanent)
Hours: Full-time – Day Shifts - Flexi work around 37 hours per week
Pertemps Isle of Wight are currently recruiting for Production Assembly Operatives on behalf of a leading electronics manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a client with modern facilities and a strong focus on quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Precision assembly of small-scale electronic and mechanical components
- Use of hand tools and basic testing equipment
- Following detailed work instructions and build sheets
- Conducting visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets
- Adhering to strict health & safety and cleanroom protocols
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or electronics is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- A reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and structured production environment
- Weekly or Monthly Pay
- Ongoing temporary role with potential to become permanent
