Data Analyst to support performance reporting and continuous improvement across operations based on the Isle of Wight. This role involves collecting, validating, analysing, and presenting data to support the achievement of contract objectives and ensure compliance reporting is maintained to a high standard.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Location: Newport Isle of Wight
Key Responsibilities:- Collect, validate, and present operational data using spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of performance data to meet internal and external reporting standards.
- Analyse trends in operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and presenting findings to key stakeholders.
- Support statutory and contractual reporting requirements, including KPIs and service compliance metrics.
- Collaborate with operational and compliance teams to drive performance improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the creation of internal reports and dashboards that communicate key data clearly and effectively.
Essential Skills and Experience:- Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Excel (data handling, analysis, and presentation).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience with large datasets or operational data (preferred but not essential).
- Effective communicator with the ability to convey complex data to a variety of audiences.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in data analysis, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- This role is well-suited for candidates currently working in a data or administrative capacity who are keen to advance in performance reporting and analytics.
