Location: Southam, Warwickshire, CV47
Pay Rate: £13.70 per hour
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
- Friday: 08:30 – 16:00
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hands-on Stores Person to join a busy and growing team in Southam. This is a varied role combining warehouse duties with occasional driving, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Receiving, checking and storing goods
- Loading and unloading deliveries (FLT use if licensed)
- Delivering and collecting goods when required
- Completing dispatch paperwork and updating stock records
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the site
- Supporting stock control and flagging low stock levels
- Assisting with stock takes and general warehouse duties
- Carrying out light assembly work when required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a stores or warehouse role
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Valid FLT licence (desirable, not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised and methodical approach
- Good communication skills and team player
- Ability to prioritise workload and use initiative
- Comfortable with some heavy lifting
