SAP ECP Payroll Specialist
Location: Meriden (Full-time, onsite)
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (12–24 months)
We are looking for an experienced SAP payroll professional to provide backfill support during a payroll migration programme. The role will focus exclusively on Employee Central Payroll (ECP) within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring continuity of payroll operations while transformation activities are underway.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day payroll support using SAP ECP
- Maintain payroll accuracy, compliance, and processing timelines
- Support business-as-usual payroll operations during migration
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure service continuity
Essential Requirements
- Proven, recent experience with SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll) – this is mandatory
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and operations
- Ability to operate independently in a full-time onsite environment
Additional Information
- This is a backfill role supporting an ongoing payroll migration
- Other system experience will not be considered in place of SAP ECP
- Full-time onsite presence in Meriden is required
