Pay: £16.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)
Friday: 6:45 AM – 11:45 AM
We are looking for a Skilled CNC Miller/Programmer to join one of our established clients in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in precision engineering and CNC machining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
- Offline programming essential – OneCNC experience preferred (training can be provided)
- Working primarily on one-off precision components
- Confidently reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Inspecting own work using a range of measuring tools (bore mics, micrometers, depth gauges, etc.)
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Working predominantly with HAAS machines
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety procedures

- Skilled and experienced in CNC milling (programming, setting & operating)
- Proficient with inspection equipment and quality control
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
