Hours: 37 hours per week, working any 5 from 7 days (Monday to Sunday) in line with a rota pattern
Type: Temp to Perm
Hourly Pay Rate: £12.54

About the Role:
Pertemps is currently seeking a Cleaner to join our clients Estates and Services team in Coventry. In this role, you will be part of a mobile cleaning team responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, security, and safety in communal areas across various housing sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning communal areas, including mopping, sweeping, buffing, polishing, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning glass, toilet, and sanitary areas according to a cleaning specification
- Litter collection and small-scale graffiti removal
- Completing daily work records via a mobile app
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Adhering to health and safety standards, including correct use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Meeting deadlines and working in varying conditions
- Driving a small company van as required (a valid driving licence is essential)
